These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your use of any services offered by Simba's Pride Dog Services. By accessing this site or booking a service, you agree to the following.

Services Offered

We offer dog care services including, but not limited to:

• Dog walking (30-minute and 60-minute options)
• Dog walk and train sessions
• Puppy and toilet visits
• Referral to our trusted grooming partner, Tranquil Paws

To keep every dog safe and comfortable, we walk dogs from one household at a time and do not mix dogs from different households on the same walk. All our services are fully insured and our team members are DBS checked.

Our services support the exercise, enrichment, and wellbeing of your dog. They are not a substitute for veterinary care or professional behavioural advice.

Bookings and Payment

• New clients begin with a free meet-and-greet so we can get to know you and your dog. Sessions and meet-and-greets are typically arranged in advance via Calendly.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Your booking is confirmed only once any required payment or deposit has been received.

Cancellations and Refunds

• You may cancel or reschedule a booked service up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund or rebooking.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
• Ongoing or block bookings are subject to the specific terms agreed at the time of booking.

Your Responsibilities as an Owner

To help us care for your dog safely, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your dog's health, behaviour, and any special requirements
• Ensure your dog is up to date with vaccinations and appropriate flea and worm treatment
• Provide a well-fitting collar or harness with an ID tag, along with any equipment your dog needs
• Inform us promptly of any changes to your dog's health or behaviour

In the event of an emergency, you authorise us to seek veterinary treatment for your dog. Reasonable veterinary costs incurred remain the responsibility of the owner.

Disclaimer

All services are provided in good faith and with genuine care for your dog's wellbeing. Every dog is different, and we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, including in relation to training.

You remain responsible for your dog and for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate. If you have any concerns about your dog's health, please consult a qualified veterinary professional. Our services do not replace veterinary care.

Use of Website

You may not use this website for any unlawful or harmful purpose, including attempting to access restricted areas or transmitting malicious code.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including written materials, branding, photographs, and videos — is the intellectual property of Simba's Pride Dog Services. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and any disputes will be handled in the Scottish courts.
